iRely Acquires Comtech Solutions

August 8, 2011 Fort Wayne, Indiana - iRely, LLC and Comtech Solutions today announced the acquisition of Comtech Solutions by iRely. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Comtech Solutions specializes in using cutting-edge technology to provide state-of-the-art ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions for businesses, including eCommerce and web applications. iRely, headquartered in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is a provider of enterprise software solutions for the physical commodity markets.

The acquisition will extend both iRely’s and Comtech’s product offerings to their respective markets.
